Daycare
At Wags we believe in proper socialization, our daycare is structured into groups depending on your dogs age, temperament and behavior, we match each and every dog that comes to us to form the perfect groups, all of our groups are small, this is to avoid over socialization and over stimulation and to ensure you pooch is getting lots of 1:1 time, in a typical day we do lots of fun training, enrichment, walks, naps, and of course have fun, we offer a very friendly and personal experience to yourself and your pooch, giving a home from home feel, treating each and every dog like our own with the up most care, love and attention. We offer 1:1, group and small groups in everything that we do, we are a fully qualified and experienced team in socialization and behavior this ensures that your pooch gets the most out of their time with us, to us were not just a daycare we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for you and your dog, and ensuring your dogs having proper socialization and training while they are with us, we also offer re socialization along with our daycare, and much more, we are fully secure, safe, qualified, experienced insured, 5* rated and licensed by Cornwall council.
Dog Grooming
At wags we have been a dog groomers and training facility for over 35 years, Angie first started grooming back in 1988 and after 18 months took over the business and has never been out of the game, Angie is a skilled dog groomer previously specializing in scissor cuts , and is now due to her years of experience specializing in extreme grooming cases, such as groom aggression, anxiety and " un groomable dogs " we work with a number of rescue centers grooming dogs that come into their care in extreme conditions and with severe fear of grooming, Angie has grown a name for herself in this area of grooming by taking on any challenge out there successfully, Angie is 5* rated and since 1988 has gone on to own 3 different grooming shops around the UK, along with travelling Cornwall & Devon helping all dogs in need and is soon to be teaching her skill.
Grooming appointments for any dog, any condition, breed, size, and temperament are available either at our center or on our mobile service
Dog walking & pet sitting
Our dog walking & sitting service is run by Jamie, who has her own successful business "happy hounds at home" Jamie has been running this for around 3 years, and since she became apart of our team she has slowly taken over our house sitting and walking service.
Jamie is DBS checked, first aid trained, canine body language, canine behavior and is sill continuing her studies, she is fully insured, reliable and trustworthy, she gives 110% to every single dog in her care and offers a personal service, she has access to private land for dogs that need it, she tailors every walk and house sit to the dogs to ensure they are as happy as can be, along with keeping up with their normal routine and training, she has experience with many different breeds, sizes and temperaments so you can rest assure your pooch is in the safest of hands with Jamie.
